Reservations at Save Amsterdam are only valid if they are done on the official website, via our phone or email, or during a personal visit at our office.
After making a reservation, a confirmation is sent to you by email. Note that the confirmation email might land in your spam folder. If you do not have an email confirmation, you should contact us by email or phone to confirm a reservation.
Reservations, which are made with false or incorrect contact details, are considered fraudulent and will be cancelled.
To cancel a game, you should contact us via email or phone.
Cancellations are free if done at least 48 hours in advance. If it is done between 24 and 48 hours, it requires a cancellation fee of 50% of the amount of the reserved game. If cancellation happens less than 24 hours before the start of the game, the cancellation fee is 100%.
Save Amsterdam reserves the right to change or cancel a reservation. In the case of cancellation of the prepaid game, the full amount will be transferred back within three weeks.
All the players are required to arrive 10 minutes before the start of the game. This time is reserved for an instruction before the game. If the team or its members arrive later than 5 minutes after the start of the game, we do not guarantee the full-time slot, and the duration of the game will be reduced accordingly.
If you arrive more than 20 minutes after the start of the game, you cannot participate. No refund is available in either case of late arrival or no show. If you feel you will be late, you are kindly asked to inform us in advance.
Customers play a game at their own risk. Pregnant women, older people and people with diseases attend the game at their own risk. In the case of doubts, please contact us to get the details. If the players abuse house and game rules and damage the equipment, the game will be stopped immediately with no refund, and the team should compensate the damage.
Children of age 12 and younger are only allowed to participate under the supervision of a 16-year-old person or older.
The fun part of escape games is solving the puzzles. Grant your friends the same excitement and tell them about your experience, but don’t give any hints, so no spoilers.
The use of drugs and/or alcohol is prohibited during the game.
When at the start or during the game a game operator doubts the condition of a participant, the employee has the right to refuse the participant with no refund.
